Flex & Fit uses the information you provide to fulfil your order and respond to questions.
Information collected at checkout
Checkout asks for your name, phone number and delivery location. The store also records the ordered items, quantities, requested product preferences, order reference, status and technical order records. This information is available to authorised store staff for order confirmation, preparation and delivery.
Payment
You pay on delivery. Checkout does not ask for card details or collect an online payment.
Essential cookies
WooCommerce uses essential cookies to remember your cart and session. If a store administrator signs in, WordPress uses authentication cookies.
External contact links
WhatsApp and Instagram links open those external services. Opening a contact link does not submit a message automatically. Information you choose to send there is handled through the relevant service.
